AnansiBuild

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Green Stories LLC ("Company") for the AnansiBuild software plugin ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on computers where you have a valid license for Autodesk Revit 2026. This license is for your personal or internal business use only.

2. Beta Software

The Software is currently designated as "Beta." It is provided for evaluation and testing purposes. Beta software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the stability, reliability, or availability of beta releases.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

1. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
2. Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties;
3. Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software;
4. Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to and the property of Green Stories LLC. The Software is protected by United States copyright law and international treaty provisions. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

The Software operates entirely on your local machine. It stores a local log of category reassignments to improve classification accuracy. This data is never transmitted to the Company or any third party. For full details, see the Privacy Policy section below.

6. Third-Party Software

The Software includes open-source components (HelixToolkit, CommunityToolkit) distributed under their respective licenses. The Software requires a valid installation of Autodesk Revit 2026, licensed separately by Autodesk, Inc. The Company is not affiliated with Autodesk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Manufacturing Disclaimer

The Software generates 3D printable geometry from architectural models. 3D printed output may differ from on-screen previews due to printer calibration, material properties, environmental conditions, and scale limitations. The Company is not responsible for the structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, or fitness of any physical prints produced. The User assumes all risk associated with the manufacturing process.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essex County, New Jersey.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Software. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version at this URL.

Data Collection

AnansiBuild does not transmit any data to external servers. The Software stores a local log of category reassignments at %AppData%\RohoSuite\AnansiBuild\category_changes.json containing family names, category assignments, timestamps, and project names. This data is used to improve automatic classification and never leaves your machine.

What We Do Not Collect

1. No personal information (name, email, IP address, device identifiers)
2. No usage analytics, telemetry, or session tracking
3. No Revit model geometry, project data, or exported files
4. No network connections are initiated during normal operation

Third-Party Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. The Software does not integrate with advertising networks, analytics services, or data-collecting SDKs.

Data Retention and Deletion

The category log persists locally between sessions. All other processing occurs in memory and is discarded when the Revit session ends. You may delete the log at any time by removing %AppData%\RohoSuite\AnansiBuild\category_changes.json. This will not affect functionality.

Future Versions

If future versions introduce any data collection (such as license verification), this policy will be updated and you will be notified before any data is collected.
